Our hugely experienced In-house design team consists of highly skilled and award winning designers, some of whom have been with IQ Glass for over 8 years and have the abillity to produce extremely complex,detailed designs where necessary.
Our In-house structural engineering team is able to design and create a glass masterpiece for those most discerning of clients who want something no one else has including bespoke flush glazed doors for multiple purposes.
All bespoke assemblies from IQ Glass are fully warrantied and are covered by IQ Glass' 5million professional indemnity insurance cover.

Commercial Bespoke Glazing
Bespoke glazing is popular in commercial projects as each installation of structural glazing created by IQ Glass is engineered to suit each project carefully for a suitable construction and a unique appearance. The design possibilities and products that can be created with bespoke glazing are endless.
IQ’s bespoke structural glass can be used to make any glazed element unique including a set of bifolding doors, a glass canopy, and any other glazing necessary for commercial projects.
Decorative glazing and window manifestations are great for integrating into bespoke glazing as they can create unique designs on the glass for all companies, small or large, where branding may be desired on the glazing.

Featured Project
Bespoke glazing was installed by IQ Glass to help create the new modern entrance on the station platforms at Bicester Village Train Station. A structural glass roof link was installed between the platform and the station to form a link to create more space where overcrowding is likely.
A mesh interlayer was laminated within the glazing which created a contemporary finish with a great visual effect that wouldn’t exist if the glazing was created with a simple glass structure. As well as providing a decorative touch, the interlayer also creates a more robust elevation which was ideal for this project as it provides more security.
Steel spider arm clamps were used to secure the glazing in place. These clamps, combined with the frameless structural glazing, form the contemporary ‘spider glazing’. This allows the maximum amount of natural light to pass through into the station whilst still providing shelter for those passing through.
