The project is a newbuild home set on a decommissioned military site. The design takes full advantage of the narrow, rocky promontory, creating a dramatic cantilevered structure that extends over the sea. Its linear form maximises both the constraints and opportunities of the site. The rear of the home houses four bedrooms overlooking a garden, while the front opens to a breathtaking sea-facing living area. This space features floor-to-ceiling glazingand a sheltered deck beneath a timbersoffit, serving as a viewing platform for the expansive coastal views.
