IQ Glass Manchester represents IQ Glass’s established presence across the North of the UK. The regional team was created to support northern architects, contractors and private clients with a more dedicated point of contact, while remaining fully integrated with IQ Glass’s central design, engineering, project management and aftercare teams.

Through our Manchester focused regional team, we support high-value and design-led residential projects throughout the North, delivering complex architectural glazing packages with clarity, precision and close collaboration.

The IQ Glass Manchester team offers the best of both worlds. Regionally, we provide a flexible, responsive and collaborative service for projects across Manchester and the North. Nationally, we are supported by the infrastructure, engineering and production capability of the wider IQ Glass group.

Through the wider IQ Glass group, the Manchester team can specify and deliver some of the world’s most advanced architectural glazing systems, including exclusive partnerships with the Keller minimal windows sliding door ranges and the Invisio structural glazing system. All systems are supported by UK based engineering, detailed technical design and coordinated project delivery.

IQ Glass Manchester grew naturally from IQ Glass’s expanding workload across the North of the UK. As demand increased for regionally focused technical support and on-site delivery, a dedicated Manchester and Northern regional team was developed.

Working closely with the Midlands team, IQ Glass Manchester provides dedicated regional support for architect-led residential projects across the North and Northern Ireland with a reputation for technical clarity, collaboration and dependable delivery.

Architects and specifiers across Manchester and the North typically contact the IQ Glass Manchester team at an early project stage, often before planning submission. At this point, we advise on what is achievable, discuss performance requirements and provide outline budgets to support cost planning.

As designs progress, we work closely with the project team to ensure structural, thermal and drainage requirements are fully coordinated with the glazing design. Once a contractor is appointed, IQ Glass is engaged as a specialist subcontractor to design, supply and install the glazing package, with continued technical and project management support throughout construction.
