Rebecca Clayton is Communications Director at IQ Glass, leading all branding, marketing, public relations, internal communications, technology systems, training programmes, and customer engagement initiatives across the IQ Glass Group. Her role ensures that clients, architects, and project partners experience clear communication and exceptional support at every stage of a project.
Rebecca joined IQ Glass in 2012 as a Technical Sales Executive, initially delivering technical CPD seminars to architects throughout the UK. Her passion for communication and technical education led her into marketing leadership, where she built the company's digital presence and brand strategy. Following her appointment to the board in 2018, she expanded her responsibilities to encompass IT systems, software development, internal communications, and organisational training. She became Communications Director in 2021.
A respected public speaker and industry representative, Rebecca is widely recognised for combining technical expertise with effective communication. Her focus is on making IQ Glass easy to work with, whether through digital platforms, internal systems, educational content, or customer-facing communications. Through training, innovation, and knowledge sharing, she helps ensure the company's expertise is embedded across every level of the organisation.
