This incredible new build in Surrey included the installation of thin framed glass sliding doors all from the basement to the upper floor.

This installation by IQ has provided immense amounts of natural lighting throughout the house. These doors and aluminium windows have created the floor to ceiling glass facades on the ground level and upper level of the home.

Using these large glass panels has also provided the homeowners with panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Glass balustrades have been installed in various places on the outside of the home where roof lights have been installed for the basement.

These glass balustrades provide safety as well as still allowing natural light to pass through the balustrades and into the basement.

The roof lights have been placed above the indoor swimming pool to provide natural lighting throughout the day to an area that would normally have to be lit with internal lighting.

Sliding glass doors have been installed onto each room of the lower ground floor providing the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience by merging various rooms with the outdoors.

All of these doors have been installed so that they are flush to the ground, creating the perfect easy access entrances to the home and outside area.

Internal glass balustrades have been used throughout the home to create clear, frameless banisters for a staircase as well as to provide a balcony style setting on the landing where the homeowners can appreciate the incredible views through aluminium slim framed windows.

Using glass balustrades in these areas maximise the natural light intake as using opaque products could prevent some light entering the home.

On the upper floor of the home, glass balustrades have been installed in front of slim frame sliding windows to create Juliet balconies ensuring the homeowners of safety when they open their windows for ventilation.

Glass sliding doors have been used internally for Treeside on the second floor in one of the bathrooms to create a divide between the bathroom and an outdoor shower.

A glass balustrade has been installed onto this outdoor shower to provide safety. Wooden beams have been installed onto this property to provide privacy on the second level of the home.

Frameless roof lights have been installed in all bathrooms of the home as well as in a walk-in wardrobe. These frameless rooflights provide the maximum amount of natural light into these areas where windows cannot be installed.
