Oversized glazing creates a light-filled central atrium
A defining feature of the project is the oversized glazing arrangement to the rear elevation.
Full-height glazed elements extend across two storeys, creating a dramatic central atrium that draws natural daylight deep into the interior spaces. Large aluminium casement doors are bonded to extended glass sections below, creating continuous vertical glazing lines that enhance the scale and symmetry of the design.
Steel-look framing was incorporated throughout the elevation to reinforce the geometric design principles of the property, creating a strong architectural rhythm while maintaining slim sightlines and expansive views.
