Our aluminium doors are made from robust thermally broken aluminium profiles from our fabrication factory. With a range of profiles available we are able to offer an aluminium door to suit almost any project specification.
The standard aluminium profiles are able to create hinged aluminium doors up to 3m in height and a maximum of 1.4m wide per door opening.
With high levels of security and weather resistance in slim aluminium frames, you can create elegant side doors, rear doors or balcony doors.
Aluminium casement doors can be designed with an inward or outward opening as required with a low threshold door base, which is both wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
An aluminium French door configuration is the perfect option for larger openings or for modern Juliet balconies to upper floors.
The aluminium profiles can be powder coated a RAL colour to suit all project specifications. We also have a range of lever/lever handles available to choose from to ensure that your aluminium door meets your exacting requirements.
We have a variety of Sieger® aluminium casement doors on show at Sky House Design Centre. These high specification aluminium doors are fabricated at our aluminium fabrication factory, Sieger Systems. The Sieger® Range is exclusive to IQ and includes complimentary windows, bifold doors and larger framed sliding doors.

Specification
We work with a number of aluminium systems to ensure that your aluminium door works with your project layout. All of our aluminium casement doors can be either inward or outward opening. You can also specify them as right or left hinges or as a double opening French door.
All our systems are available to a standard maximum size of 3m tall and 1.2m wide per door leaf. Larger sizes may be available on request.
Our aluminium systems have all been fully tested for weather resistance, thermal performance and security. IQ can help specify the perfect system for your project requirements.
Air Permeability Class 2 to 4 in accordance with EN 12207
Water Resistance Class 5A to 7A in accordance with EN 12208
Resistance to Wind Load Class C3 to E2400 in accordance with EN 12210
Security WK3 in accordance with EN 1627 to PAS 24: Enhanced Security Performance Requirements for Doors and Windows in the UK
Thermal Performance Uw value of 1.7 to 1.8 W/m2K using double glazed units with Ug value 1.1 W/m2K.
Our aluminium casement doors are operated with multi point locking mechanisms engaged by lever lever handles and euro cylinder key locks.
We have a range of handles available to view at our showroom in Amersham for you to pick from including stainless steel and ergonomic handle designs.
The aluminium doors are hung on barrel hinges for the highest level of support and strength, allowing for large opening sizes and durability.
Commercial use
Aluminium Casement Doors are a common additional to commercial or larger building project due to their durability, high levels of performance and low maintenance.
Our aluminium doors are able to be integrated with emergency fittings and emergency exit switches if requires as well as being operated via access control or door manager systems.

The Grove is a Grade II listed luxury hotel and spa in Hertfordshire. Our aluminium casement doors, windows, and bi-folding doors were used as part of the refurbishment of the Amber Suite events space.
Our aluminium doors were designed with a white powder-coated frame and applied glazing bars to match the design of the Listed Georgian Manor.
The aluminium doors were installed in a French door configuration giving access out onto the landscaped grounds and allowing events to extend outside.
