This home in Fulham undertook a large internal refurbishment with various elements of internal glazing from IQ.

Planning restrictions on these London terrace houses means that very little can be done to change the street view external elevation of the buildings. Homeowners instead look too vast internal refurbishments to achieve the modern, light-filled home they desire.

As well as frameless rooflights and structural glass floorlights, IQ also provided a number of our steel look internal doors. These non-fire rated doors have a slim aluminium frame. Bespoke glazing bar designs are then incorporated over the glass face of the door to create an industrial steel look design.

The combination of internal structural glazing and steel look internal doors has brought an influx of light into this London home. It is a great example of how clever uses of internal glazing can change the feeling of a space, without extensive building works.
