IQ Glass is proud to be hosting our 7th Annual Charity Golf Day, raising vital funds for a cause close to our hearts. This year, we aim to raise £10,000 in support of Restore Hope, a Buckinghamshire-based charity dedicated to tackling food poverty and building stronger communities through sustainable food programmes and well-being support.
The Charity Golf Day will once again take place at the stunning The Buckinghamshire Golf Club, but more importantly, it’s an opportunity to contribute towards a truly impactful local cause.
Since 2020, Restore Hope has been working from their base at Latimer Park Farm to grow, harvest and package fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs for local families who are struggling with food insecurity. The charity delivers much more than just food—it offers a route to confidence, connection and long-term wellbeing.
Working closely with special secondary schools in Buckinghamshire and organisations like Mission Employable, Restore Hope provides hands-on opportunities for young people with learning disabilities to gain skills in food preparation, packaging and catering. Adults and families benefit from therapeutic gardening sessions and practical food education supporting both mental and physical wellbeing.
“I had been very isolated and was struggling, but I started coming in to pick and pack my food parcel which I loved. I brought my son and it’s so nice to show him where his food is coming from farm fresh eggs and veg grown here at Restore Hope. The food makes me happy. It makes me feel more connected to the community.”
So far in 2025 (from January), Restore Hope has:
That equates to more than 28,770 portions of nutritious, locally-grown food distributed to those who need it most. On average Restore Hope are providing support to 125 families each month.
We are incredibly grateful for the generous support of our current Charity Golf Day sponsors, whose contributions are helping to make this fundraising effort possible:
Christopher Trigg, Keller minimal windows, Empire Hire Group, Huke Ltd, IFI Ltd, Vanguard Aluminium, Q4 Glass, SitePad CRM, Central Window Systems, Vetrotech, Architectural Steel Fabrications, Prestige, Midland Paint & Powder Coaters, AG Bespoke, Brick Digital, Careys Glass, Murus Facades, Fire-Tech Engineering Ltd, Tank2, Fentrade, Harnam Engineering, and Enveetech.
Whether you're an individual or a business, you can support this year’s Charity Golf Day by sponsoring the event, offering your brand visibility while backing a vital local cause or by making a direct donation. Every contribution will help provide fresh food, practical support and lasting hope to families across Buckinghamshire.
Together, let’s make this year’s Charity Golf Day the most successful yet and help Restore Hope continue growing food, skills and community where it’s needed most.
