IQ Glass played a significant role in the redevelopment of the English country home by designing and installing frameless structural glass features to seamlessly connect a modern addition with the original mill building. This included a frameless glass link, which preserved the character of the existing structure while allowing natural light to flow through providing an almost invisible transition between the old and new elements.

The bespoke design also features slim sliding glass doors which open away from a frameless corner beneath, this created an appearance of a floating corner roof design. These doors were automated with all electrical motors hidden behind the head of the aluminium framing. The design ensured that the original mill’s aesthetic was respected, making it a prime example of integrating contemporary architecture into a historic site, perfect for an English Country Home.
