Yew Tree Featured in Real Homes Extensions for Every Budget Article

Yew Tree House Feature

Yew Tree House was featured in the ‘Extend for under 50K’ section of the Real Homes supplement. The cost of the glazed elements for this project was around £34,000.

The design brief was to extend the listed cottage whilst still keeping the traditional stone cottage on display due to the planning requirements. This new glass box extension merges the kitchen with the external patio area with slim framed sliding glass doors and an aluminium casement door. These were installed to keep the glass box as minimal as possible. The contemporary extension creates a stunning contrast with the stone cottage.
