Oatlands Close was featured in this article which was a double-storey extension that IQ Glass installed sliding patio doors on. These sliding patio doors were designed to help bridge the divide between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Within the article the author wrote "This detached four-bedroom home suffered from a lack of connection to its large garden, so Soup Architects were brought in to design an extension that made the most of the outside. The ground floor addition stretches the width of the building, with a smaller first-floor zone hosting a new bedroom. As the plot is positioned on a bend in the road, the extension faces two directions to offer panoramic views out via large spans of glazed doors.
