Sunday Times Awards 2013

The iconic project White Lodge won yet another property award in November 2013 this time from the Sunday Times. The owners Nicky and Dyer Grimes were in attendance at the awards ceremony in London to collect the well-deserved commendation for the contemporary design.

The family home is conspicuous throughout architecture and design professionals with its expansive use of glass through the open spaces. Minimal windows sliding doors were used on all elevations with a feature wall of structural glazing spanning the kitchen and living areas. On the front elevation IQ designed and installed a bespoke structural glass Oriel style window that protrudes from the rendered finish.
