Real Homes: Extensions for Every Budget: Dalston House

Dalston House Feature

Dalston House was featured in the Real Homes supplement ‘Extensions for Every Budget’. This project was part of the ‘Extend for Under £50K’ section of the supplement. ‘Streamlined Space’ was the title for Dalston House and the project cost £36,000 for design and installation.

The design brief was to install a minimal extension with plenty of personality. IQ worked with HUT Architects on this project to create a design with glazed areas to maximise the natural light ingress whilst creating a contemporary appearance with the addition of aluminium pressings.

A double height box was installed onto one side of the extension to allow more light onto the staircase, with an aluminium casement door installed for easy access between the internal and external spaces.
