Architectural Bronze glazing

The team at IQ talked to The Times regarding one of their latest features; “The top 12 self-build trends for autumn 2022”.

The article covered some of the most popular current architectural and design trends for homes and interiors. One of the key trends they identified was Architectural Bronze glazing and interiors.

They focused on one of IQ’s completed glazing projects in South London which showcased a set of architectural bronze-colored pivot doors to the rear extension. The slim metal framed pivot doors had a bronze-colored PPC to create the detail of architectural bronze to the slim outer framing which is set against a brick aperture.

The other featured project is an award-winning re-designed house with an architectural bronze slim sliding glass door in Surrey. The new build house was built on to the old house’s footprints and included a whole bespoke glazing package all around the house. Ultra-slim sliding glass doors are used to have comfortable transitions through the garden and incredible views even when they are closed.

Many of our architectural glazing systems can have an architectural bronze finish – either a true architectural bronze frame or a specialist metal finish.
