Hollycroft Avenue Featured in Refurbishment & Restore

Written by Rebecca Clayton

The refurbishment project benefitted from the full glazing package both internally and on the external façade

Refurbishment & Restore featured one of our recently completed projects, showcasing how the London terraced property was transformed with the use of steel-framed systems on the interior and aluminium systems on the exterior.

The full case study in the publication goes into detail about the benefits of the systems used, including a coherent flow throughout the home thanks to the use of steel-framed, industrial style glazing systems. The project featured slim framed sliding doors to the rear façade, providing direct garden access for indoor-outdoor living.

As well as a better connection to the outside environment, the article details how the property now gets a huge amount of natural light flowing through the home. An oversized pivot door grants garden access when the sliding systems are closed, granting options.

Due to the highly glazed design of the rear façade, the homeowners can enjoy an extension of their living space throughout the warmer months. the slim framed sliding door systems have a flush threshold, ensuring the transition between environments is seamless.
