Yew Tree House Feature
Yew Tree House was featured in the November issue of Grand Designs in the ‘Projects: Grand Guide’ section of the magazine.
The article is called ‘Beat the Planners’ with the subheading for Yew Tree House being ‘See Through’.
The mini feature focused on how some people may refrain from purchasing listed properties as future development may be restricted.
However, there are ways around getting planning permission and this project is the perfect example. A transparent glass box was installed to ensure that the walls of the cottage were visible through the extension.
