North & Midlands Director | Dan Borthwick
Dan joined IQ Glass in 2014 with a solid background in glazing and quickly became known for his technical insight and problem-solving approach. After starting in estimating, he transitioned into business development and technical sales, working across multiple group companies. Now Managing Director of our Midlands and North division, Dan leads one of the fastest-growing regions in the business. He brings a practical, hands-on understanding of structural glazing, particularly on complex architectural projects. He works closely with contractors and architects to deliver intelligent, buildable solutions from concept to completion.

South East Director | Rebecca Clayton
Rebecca has been with IQ Glass for over 15 years, starting as Office Manager and steadily progressing through the business to her current leadership role. Alan joined IQ Glass in 2020, bringing over a decade of experience as a Senior Contracts Manager in the wider construction industry. Having worked on major projects across the UK, particularly in the Southwest, he developed a deep understanding of site delivery and client expectations. Since joining IQ, Alan has been instrumental in establishing and leading our Southwest regional office, ensuring clients in the region receive a responsive, tailored service.
