Towersey Wins House & Garden x Savills Residential Project of the Year 2026

We are delighted to celebrate Towersey as the winner of the House & Garden x Savills Residential Project of the Year 2026, recognising the architectural quality, considered design and exceptional execution of this contemporary new build in the Chilterns.

Designed by Richard Parr Associates, Towersey was conceived as a place of retreat within its rural setting. Four connected volumes are arranged across two wings, creating a low architectural profile and a material palette influenced by the surrounding agricultural buildings.

IQ Glass provided the glazing throughout the project, helping to create the close visual connections between the interiors and the surrounding Chiltern landscape.

Residential Project of the Year

The House & Garden x Savills Residential Project of the Year celebrates outstanding residential design across the UK. Following its selection for the 2026 shortlist, Towersey was announced as the overall winner of the award.

The win recognises the considered approach taken by Richard Parr Associates, bringing together architecture, materials, landscape and carefully detailed architectural glazing to create a home that sits naturally within its rural surroundings.
