Grainhouse shortlisted for RIBA London Award 2025

Grainhouse by Barr Gazetas retrofiiting a Victorian 5 storey overlapping building owned by Hines breathing new life with high specification steel framed Mondrian glazing systems and steel curtain walling retaining the character of the original facade. IQ Projects was proud to collaborate, executing regular digital surveys and addressing unforeseen challenges proactively with the entire retrofit achieving BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certification. 

V&A Photography Centre by Gibson Thornley Architects commissioned IQ Projects to design and supply a bespoke white framed Fire Rated Door to this iconic landmark.  

Westminster Fire Station by Openstudio Architects which sees a decommissioned fire station reconfigured to include a glazed extension featuring our minimal windows UK sliding glass doors.  

Discovered House by Robert Dye Architects transforming a Victorian property with a lightfilled extension with Triple glazed minimal windows sliding glass doors, interior glazing and six Invisio frameless rooflights to bathe the entire length of the new space. 

The winners will be announced late this spring.
