Rhodes House glazed pavilion by Stanton Williams has been shortlisted for RIBA South Awards 2025 in a lineup 10 outstanding projects.
Rhodes House glazed pavilion is a special project in which the structural glass was engineered to support the weight of the beautiful sweeping timber roof.
It’s no surprise that this heritage project has been recognised as an additional gem to a historic National Trust building.
RIBA South Jury Chair Fergus Feilden, Director at Feilden Fowles, said:
“This year's shortlist demonstrates the depth and diversity of architecture in the region, spanning all scales and programmes from the domestic to large-scale commercial along with numerous education projects. Collectively, these projects, enriched through detailed, diverse materials, enhance the lives of their users and strengthen the wider community through social programmes and innovative environmental strategies.”
