Mill Hide Wins Architizer A+Awards Popular Choice 2025

IQ Glass is delighted to announce that Mill Hide, featuring our bespoke automated sliding rooflight, has won the prestigious Popular Choice Award at the Architizer A+Awards 2025.

Designed by Poulson Architecture, Mill Hide is an elegant, sustainable home inspired by Palladio's Villa Rotunda, recognised particularly for its impressive central atrium featuring a 20m² MARS automated sliding rooflight from IQ Glass. This innovative glazing solution floods the interior with natural light, creating a dynamic connection between the living spaces and the surrounding rural landscape.

Despite significant logistical challenges, including restricted site access, IQ Glass engineered and installed this remarkable glazing centrepiece, successfully enhancing both the architectural impact and environmental performance of Mill Hide.
