Orchard House shortlisted in the design et al Award in the luxury Residence UK category.

The international design and architecture award is open to voting. The aim of design et al Awards is to support global interior design and architecture industry. 

The new build luxury house in Radlett completed with IQ Glass bespoke glazing. The two-storey house included oversized slim framed sliding doors, double height structural glazing, frameless glass balustrades and more.  

Technical glass solutions like solar control and marine grade coating are also applied to increase the performance of the architectural glazing solutions. Solar control coating is used on the south elevation glasses to reduce overheating while marine grade is protecting the slimmest sliding glass door in the indoor swimming pool. 

All glazing creates very bright family house all year-round while opens the living spaces, bedrooms and kitchen trough the green nature around the house.
