Slim Aluminium Casement Window
The Sieger® Slim Casement Window provides designers with an opening aluminium window with slim framing sections of as little as 51mm framing over the vent. This opening window is best suited for smaller openings where minimal framing is paramount.
The contemporary window can be specified as top hung or side hung and can be designed in opening vents of up to 1.3m high for a side hung window and 1.2m wide for a top hung window.
Stainless steel handles operate a highly secure three-point locking system and the whole aluminium window system has been tested for burglar resistance up to PAS 24 with Secured by Design accreditation pending with the windows opening on stainless steel friction hinges.

Oversized Aluminium Windows
Oversized Aluminium Windows can be designed in sizes of up to 1m by 2m for large hinged opening windows with a framing profile of 105mm. This window also has a wider range of flexibility, available in side hung, top hung or bottom hung, inward or outward opening. A tilt ’n’ turn opening window could be designed in opening sizes of up to 2.3m high to suit your specific aperture.
Every oversized aluminium window is manufactured with the latest developments in thermal break technology creating a large opening window with Uw values of as little as 1.5 W/m2K with a standard double glazed unit. All Aluminium Windows available from IQ Glass have also been tested for burglar resistance and PAS 24 in accordance with the latest building regulations and has been fully tested for their ability to withstand even the harshest weather conditions.
Stainless steel heavy duty friction hinges are used to support these large opening windows and the aluminium frames can be powder coated any RAL colour to suit your building design. The standard handles are stainless steel with an additional range of handle designs available if required.

Aluminium floating casement window at the Showroom
View the new floating aluminium window at the IQ Glass showroom in Amersham. This unique solution allows you to incorporate an opening window within structural glazing (such as structural glass walls) providing ventilation for internal living spaces. The aluminium casement window offers slim aluminium framing that can be coated in a range of powder coatings for a bespoke finish.

Locking and Hinges
Both the slim framed and oversized aluminium window from IQ Glass have integrated locking within the minimal aluminium framing. The integrated reverse action espagnolette with 3 point key locking is operated via a stainless steel locking handle with push-button lock and key.
Hinges on both aluminium window designs are friction hinges made from high-quality stainless steel. Within the oversized aluminium window, heavy-duty stainless steel hinges are used in order to better hold the weight of the large opening windows.
