IQ Glass designed and constructed a single glazed glass conservatory for this large residential project overlooking Sunningdale Golf Course as well as some structural glass elements to the balcony space.

Frameless bi-parting Sliding Folding doors are used as access from the glazed conservatory to the paved patio and stepped garden space overlooking the golf course. The Glass Extension is supported with large glass beams.
The well-used balcony space was covered with a structural frameless roof, supported with a bolted glass beam. Frameless balustrades are used across the front of the balcony with a wooden handrail bolted through the glass.
