With architectural extending support columns, the large louvre roof provides a contemporary outdoor seating area with an architectural design finish to the property.
The louvre roof has an integrated drainage system enabling the rain water collected by the aluminium louvres to drain off through the roof profile and down the supporting columns. Therefore the extending legs allow the rain water to drain onto a more permeable ground.
