Grand Designs has recently featured one of our award-winning completed projects, Field House, in a feature highlighting the use of structural glazing to create light-filled living spaces. The article explores the various aspects to consider when specifying architectural glass for new builds and home renovations.

IQ designed and installed various bespoke glazed elements as part of the new build project, including a large rear glass façade composed of sliding glass doors and a large shaped gable end window made from frameless structural glazing.

Narrow sightlines and slim silicone joints between structural glass units create a very minimal aesthetic to the glazing used throughout the home, allowing the homeowners to fully take advantage of the surrounding countryside views.
