Sand Dunes South West Award

Sand Dunes was recently shortlisted in RIBA J The Awards June 2016 issue for the South West awards.

This incredible home located on the beachfront of Cornwall used to be a hotel.

One of the main reasons this project made it onto the shortlist for the South West RIBA Awards was because ‘quite simply it made the jury happy’.

Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors were installed on both levels of this home, helping to flood the interior with light.

Glass balustrades were integrated into the glass sliding doors on the top floor to create Juliet balconies. Bifolding doors were installed onto the pool annexe next to the main house to provide incredible views of the beachfront from the indoor pool.
