IQ Glass Featured in Estate Agents Listing!

Luxury residential project has featured on Wilkins Estate Agent website

IQ Glass’s high performance glazing systems were installed to new build properties in Bonehill as part of a residential development. The private gated estate is brought to the market by Wilkins Estate Agents. The agent has mentioned that IQ Glass’s super prime, high thermal performance glazing systems were combined with modern technology in the new build homes.

The project has four contemporary houses, each with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and garages. Fixed bespoke glazing was installed in different locations of the homes, including above the entrances. The large double-height frameless structural glazing was paired with a wooden front door in the entrance design, the modern design glazing solutions helped to fill the hallway and the staircases with natural light.

Slimline aluminium bifold doors were used on the side elevations to create the transitions between the internal and external spaces. The bifolding door systems created access to the garden when opened, revealing a completely open aperture. Slim framed sliding glass doors were chosen to create Juliet balconies on the upper floors of the houses.
