Greenways Featured on Modern House!

The stunning contemporary new build has recently been sold.

One of IQ Glass’ contemporary new build projects was listed for sale on Modern House, a high-end estate agent where you can find a selection of luxury properties on the market.

What makes this new build unique is the use of curved structural glazing, forming curved shapes and moving away from traditional angular architecture. The curved glass forms floor to ceiling glass walls with integrated sliding glass door systems. The exceptionally slim sightlines of the sliding glass doors create a coherent design with the structural glass panes, which have neat silicone joints between each oversized pane.

The highly glazed home features exterior shading systems in the form of vertical fins, enhancing the futuristic design. On the top floor, the main bedroom features floor to ceiling glass doors with an integrated glass balustrade to create a modern Juliet balcony.
