Senior Financial Surveyor


Reporting to the Finance Director you will be managing all aspects of the cost reporting for the Group projects from the point of sale through to completion, liaising closely with our Estimating, Project Management, and Purchasing teams to deliver a high-quality project within the set financial budgets. 

  • Managing the project financial cost budgets to achieve and improve the project margins, utilising our financial reporting system.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing & Project Management Team to procure the project materials and labour for each project.
  • Overseeing the issuing and payment of the client sales invoices.
  • Submit monthly cost value reconciliations to the Finance Director.
